Payments: Visa, mastercard, access, travellers cheques and all common use currencies are acceptable for the payments.
Cancellations: full refund will be given for the cancellations with 24 hours notification to your representative. It’s also possible to cancel an excursion by the phone number given on the back page.
No shows: Please be aware that in case of any noshow situation there will be no refund payment to the clients unless you can supply a doctor report or a pharmacy receipt stating the excuse of our clients.
Responsibility: All Peninsula coaches and service suppliers are insured with the highest legal possible limits available in Turkey.
Children & Group Reductions:

(*) 07 - 12 ages 50% or reduction
(*) For most of the excursions.
(Children reductions are valid if children are accompanied by their adults)
Groups min. 10 persons 10% reduction.
